Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.frennhelsinki.com, you are welcome to return the products to us. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund. Only items that are unused and in the same condition when you received them are eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to return
To return your product, please contact email@example.com with your order number and a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Pack your product to the same packaging when you received your item and include the delivery note inside the package. Please note that FRENN does not provide shipping labels or cover the return shipping fees.
When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or DHL and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please provide tracking information in email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Save the shipping receipt for your records, since you are responsible that the returned package reaches our warehouse. Please note that only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and we will notify you of the approval of your refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method within a certain amount of days. We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.frennhelsinki.com.
You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return to the same e-mail address that is provided on your return/exchange mail to email@example.com.
Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the FRENN merchandise for refund or an exchange.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
FRENN does not provide return shipping labels.
FRENN reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Specify the exchange item and the new color / size / style on the return/exchange mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item.
If you are returning or exchanging an item due to a mistake made by FRENN or because of quality issues, please contact us at email@example.com. We will send you a new item or if you prefer, we will reimburse you for the faulty/missing item and for the shipping costs.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the return or exchange processing. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
