Our designer, Antti Laitinen, carefully selects the perfect fabric for each product to ensure both comfort and easy care. All of our trousers are machine washable at home. What more could you expect from comfortable summer clothes?

Comfort comes from the right sizing and patterning of the garment, as well as the fabric’s flexibility. Some of the fabrics are pleasantly stretchy due to their weave, while others contain a few percent of high-quality elastane, which helps maintain the shape of items like t-shirts. Thanks to elastane, the trousers stay looking good for longer, and knee bulges are less likely to form. These high-quality summer clothes are perfect for wearing even at work when autumn arrives.

Classics and Seasonal New Arrivals
The collection consists of timeless, ongoing classics and seasonal new arrivals that are easy to mix and match for different everyday situations. This summer’s new pieces include the comfortable, stretchy seersucker Jarmo jacket and Sampo trousers, maritime-inspired striped Hannes t-shirts, and Aapo and Asko patterned shirts. The cool and elegant linen fabric is a natural part of the summer wardrobe. The casual Oiva jacket is perfect for cooler summer days. With these pieces, it’s easy to put together outfits that work for both day and evening, while still being perfect for relaxed summer parties.

Relaxed Summer Fabrics

Casual Organic Cotton
All of the collection’s organic cotton products are made from GOTS and Öko-Tex 100 certified organic cotton grown in Turkey or the USA. The fabrics are woven in Germany. Each organic cotton fabric includes 2% elastane, making the clothes more comfortable to wear and reducing the likelihood of knee bulges in the trousers.

Seersucker – Lively Cotton-Linen Blend
This summer's new material is the comfortably stretchy Italian seersucker, a classic Italian summer fabric. The fabric’s textured surface is created by the weave used in its construction, giving it a relaxed, lively texture and excellent comfort. Thanks to its weave, seersucker is naturally stretchy.

100% Linen
The linen fabric we use is woven in Lithuania, with the linen grown in Northern Europe. The linen is pre-washed before sewing, making it soft and comfortable to wear, and it doesn’t wrinkle as easily as stiffer linen fabrics. Linen is the perfect fabric for summer because it absorbs moisture and feels pleasantly cool even on hot days.

Finnish Design from Start to Finish

All of the collection’s products are designed in Helsinki on Fredrikinkatu. We also collaborate with Finnish pattern designers and artists. Every pattern used in our clothing is designed in Finland and cannot be found anywhere else. We want to tell unique stories about Finland and Helsinki. This summer’s plant-themed pattern was designed by Iiro A. Ahokas, with whom we’ve been collaborating for many years.

ONE-YEAR REPAIR WARRANTY

We have carefully selected our partners, which is why we confidently offer a one-year repair warranty on all our products. The warranty applies to products used for less than 12 months, and you have 2 months to report an issue after you notice a defect. If there is a manufacturing defect in the garment, we will repair it or exchange it for a new one. You, on your part, need to ensure the garment is used normally and washed according to the care instructions.

Our Repair Service Helps
Wear and tear from heavy use is part of the product's normal lifespan. If your garment has been damaged due to use or if a button comes off, bring it to us and our repair service will take care of it. For FRENN Club members, the repair service is included in the price of the product.
