Shipping policy

We deliver online store purchases using Posti Green and DHL GoGreen Express services, which provide safe and easily trackable delivery methods. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from order confirmation, excluding public holidays and weekends. When ordering from outside Finland, the delivery time is up to 4 business days.

If you purchase products from outside the EU, we charge only the product price and shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE that import duties are your responsibility. These import charges may include, but are not limited to, import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. Payment of these charges may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery

Delivery time and cost may vary depending on location and the products being shipped. We use Posti Finland and DHL Express for deliveries and cannot influence the delivery times of these service providers.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Estimated delivery times and fees are listed below. As a customer, you can choose your preferred service provider and delivery method at checkout when completing your order and payment.
