Refund policy

Free Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase made at www.frennhelsinki.com, you may exchange the products or return them to us. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange your online purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused products in the condition in which they were received are eligible for a refund or exchange. Each purchased item includes one free return or exchange shipment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Purchases made at our Helsinki store cannot be returned. The product may be exchanged for another item or a gift card may be issued for the paid amount.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us of the desired replacement product and new color/size/style by emailing info@frennhelsinki.com.

Include the exchange request in your return package and send the item back to us. We will ship the new product once we have received the original item. Each purchased item includes one free return or exchange shipment.

How to return

You can request a return through our return portal or by email at info@frennhelsinki.com. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label. Pack your product to the same packaging when you received your item. Please note that only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

You can return your order also straight to FRENN flagship store in Helsinki at Fredrikinkatu 24.

Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging, including hang tags. To complete your return, we require the delivery note or receipt. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your order.

If the final order total after the return falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. We only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased at www.frennhelsinki.com.

The same return and exchange policy applies to gift recipients who wish to return FRENN products for a refund or exchange.

Please allow 2–5 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Custom-made or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Product Claims

We reserve the right to assess claimed defective products and determine whether the damage is due to a manufacturing fault or normal wear and tear. In case of a claim, please contact customer service at info@frennhelsinki.com and include photos of the item in question. We will agree on how to proceed on a case-by-case basis.
