Frenn Club Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between consumer customers and Frenn Helsinki Oy regarding loyalty program. By becoming a loyal customer, you accept these terms and conditions.

Membership and customer information

Anyone over the age of 18 can become a loyal customer on our website or in FRENN's own store.

Frenn Club loyalty is free of charge and does not oblige you to anything. Membership is valid until further notice.

The information requested in the registration form must be entered correctly. Please remember to update your changing email address to store@frennhelsinki.com.

You can update your other customer information, such as your measurements that are most important for clothing purchases, in the online store by logging into your member page.

Identifying yourself as a loyal customer

In FRENN store, loyal customer status is verified at the checkout based on the customer's name and email address. In the online store, loyal customer status is identified with an email address and password. Please remember to always log in when you shop in our online store so that points can be accumulated for your purchases.

Loyal customer status is personal. One person can only have one loyal customer status and registered email address.

Loyalty levels

Your loyalty starts on the day you become a loyal customer. The annual (12-month) level limit is calculated at the end of each year based on your purchases in the calendar year just ended.

You will automatically move to the VIP level when your purchases exceed the annual level limit. As a VIP customer, you will have access to more benefits.

You will remain at the new level for 1 year from the day you reach the level. After that:

  • You will remain in the same level if your purchase volume during the previous calendar year still exceeds the level limit.​
  • You will drop to a lower level if your purchase volume during the previous calendar year does not exceed the level limit. However, you can always move back to a higher level when the annual purchase limit is met again.​
The annual purchase limits for the levels are as follows:
  • Premium level 0–999 € / calendar year
  • VIP level over 1000 € / calendar year

Frenn Helsinki Oy reserves the right to review the level limits and make changes to them.

Loyalty benefits and points

Normal-priced purchases made as a loyal customer earn points. 1 euro equals 1 point. You can also earn points by bringing in used FRENN clothing for proper recycling or by inviting your friends to shop.

  • 1 point for every euro of regular-priced purchase
  • 100 points for every FRENN garment brought in or sent for recycling
  • 200 points when a friend you invite to shop has made a purchase of at least €100

Points are displayed in your member account and updated shortly after you make a purchase. If you return a product, the points you earned for it will be deducted from your account.

The points for each purchase are valid for six months, but they will remain with you if you make purchases before they expire. You will receive an email reminder that your points will expire 14 days before the expiration date.

Only points accumulated from purchases can be transferred from a closed loyal customer account to a valid account. Frenn Club discount codes are personal and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Points can be redeemed for the following benefit codes:
  • 300 points entitle you to a €30 benefit code, minimum purchase amount €100
  • 500 points entitle you to a €50 benefit code, minimum purchase amount €100
  • 1000 points entitle you to a €100 benefit code, minimum purchase amount €100
  • 1500 points entitle you to a €150 benefit code, minimum purchase amount €100
  • 2000 points entitle you to a €200 benefit code, minimum purchase amount €100

Points can be redeemed for a benefit code in our online store by logging into your member account or at the cashier in our store. Redeemed benefit codes cannot be converted back into points.

Points are only accumulated for a purchased gift card when the gift card is used. When paying with a gift card, the loyal customer accumulates points according to the loyalty program.

If you have made purchases before activating your loyalty account, purchases from the previous 1 month will automatically be added to your loyalty account when you activate your account.

As our loyal customer, you will receive variable benefits intended for loyal customers, such as information about our new products and campaigns. Some of the loyal customer benefits are based on whether you are on the premium or VIP level. Loyalty may also include other benefits or benefits or services offered by our partners. Benefit code terms and conditions

By using a benefit code, you agree to its terms and conditions.

  • The benefit code can only be used for normal-priced purchases.
  • The benefit codes are subject to the minimum purchase quantities listed above.
  • The benefit code cannot be used for discounted products and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • You can only use one benefit code at a time.
  • The benefit code can only be used once.
  • The benefit code cannot be added to an order after order confirmation.
  • The redeemed benefit code is valid for 1 month.
  • Redeemed benefit codes can be used both in our store and in our online store
  • The benefit code cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
  • When using a loyalty code and a corresponding euro-denominated promo code, the discount is distributed as a percentage to all products in your purchase during the ordering process. The discount on a single product depends on the amount of the purchase and the promo code.
  • When returning one or more products from a purchase paid for with a benefit code, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for each individual product after the discount of the benefit code. The benefit is considered used after the order. The benefit code or discount will not be deducted again for products that are held after the return.
  • If you return part of the products from your order, the benefit code will be considered used and the points will not be returned to your account. ​
  • If you return your entire order, the points will be returned to the situation before the order. In this case, you can redeem a new benefit code with the returned points. The same benefit code cannot be used again.​
The benefit code can be used:
  • For normal-priced products
The benefit code cannot be used:
  • For discounted products
  • In combination with other discount codes entered in the shopping cart
  • If the minimum purchase limit is not met

If you have several discount or benefit codes in use at the same time and add them to your shopping cart at checkout, the largest discount will apply to your order if the codes cannot be used together.

Using a benefit code in the online store and in stores
  • You can read the instructions for using personal benefit codes here.
  • The benefit code is added to the online store order when the desired products have first been added to the shopping cart. When you go to checkout, you will find a text field called 'Discount code or gift card'. The field is visible on the right side on a computer and under 'Order summary' on a phone.
  • Paste or type your discount code in the field, press 'Apply', and the price will be updated according to the discount code. Please note that you can only use one benefit code per order.
  • You can use your benefit code in-store by telling about it at checkout.
Customer communication and processing of personal data

Communication related to the loyalty program is mainly done via email and online service. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the sending of benefit and customer communications. The loyal customer has the option to refuse this communication and still continue as a member of Frenn Club.

FRENN processes the personal data of the loyalty program in a manner permitted and required by the applicable data protection legislation. Information on the processing of personal data and the rights of the loyalty program can be found in the privacy policy available on the website.

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your loyalty program account. The loyal customer is responsible for the security and storage of its login information. We recommend using a secure password and changing the password when necessary.

Termination of loyalty program membership

A loyalty program member may terminate their loyalty program with immediate effect at any time by notifying FRENN customer service by email. If the loyalty program member abuses the loyalty program or otherwise violates these terms and conditions or any special terms and conditions regarding certain benefits or content, Frenn Helsinki Oy has the right to terminate the loyalty program without notice.

Frenn Helsinki Oy is not responsible for any malfunctions of the loyalty program or losses resulting from changes to the loyalty program.

Frenn Helsinki Oy reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty program and its terms and conditions.
