One-year warranty repair

We have carefully selected our partners. That is why we dare to grant a one-year warranty repair for all our products. The warranty repair applies to products that have been in use for less than 12 months and you have 2 months to complain about the product after you have noticed the defect.

If there is a manufacturing defect in the garment, we will repair it or exchange it for a new one. You, on your part, ensure that the garment is used normally and washed according to the washing instructions.

If your garment breaks for any other reason, the Helsinki store has a professional repair service for FRENN clothing.

Send a message and we will investigate the situation

Send a email with a picture to our customer service or bring the broken garment to our store in Helsinki. We will investigate the matter and if the fault is ours, we will repair your garment free of charge or exchange it for a new one.

If you live outside of Finland, the repair can be done by a local sewing shop and we will reimburse you for the repair costs against a receipt. The procedure must always be agreed with us first.
