Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.frennhelsinki.com, you are welcome to return the products to us. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund. Only items that are unused and in the same condition when you received them are eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to return

To return your product free of charge, please use the shipping label delivered with your purchase. If your order has been delivered by DHL Express, please follow instructions send by FERNN. Pack your product to the same packaging when you received your item. Please note that only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

You can return your order also straight to FRENN flagship store in Helsinki.

Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and checked, we will refund your order. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 2-5 working days. We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.frennhelsinki.com. 

Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the FRENN merchandise for refund or an exchange.

Please allow 2-5 working days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

FRENN reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Specify the exchange item and the new colour / size / style on the exchange mail to info@frennhelsinki.com.

Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item.
