Helsingin Sanomat tested
The journalist Jani Niipola tested the suits from Prisma and FRENN. He wore the suits for a week, and the result was clear. If you want clothing that feels comfortable to wear and doesn’t make you sweat, FRENN’s merino wool suit is in a class of its own. A well-functioning and versatile garment won’t end up gathering dust at the back of your closet.
“I’m changing outfits. In the FRENN suit, I feel the opposite—light. The fabric breathes. The FRENN suit doesn’t wrinkle on me at all. After a day of sitting in the office, the trousers look as good as new,” writes Jani Niipola.

STYLE AND COMFORT
All blazers and trousers in the collection are extremely comfortable thanks to their lightweight construction. The Jere blazer is lined only in the sleeves, which makes it easy to put on. The body of the blazer is unlined, giving it a flexible, breathable fit that won’t make you sweat even in summer. The Seppo trousers feature an elastic waistband at the back, so they look smart from the front while remaining really comfortable to wear. All trousers in the collection are machine-washable at home.
Skin-friendly and wrinkle-resistant merino wool
The merino wool fabric, woven in the Biella region of Italy, is of very high quality. The fabric doesn’t irritate the skin and won’t wrinkle even with heavy use. It is Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified, made of 98% merino wool and 2% elastane. The 3D twill weave makes the fabric pleasantly stretchy. The wool fibers used can be traced all the way back to the sheep farms in Australia and New Zealand.
